Ars design
Thore Lassen & Søren Nielsen studied at the Aarhus School of Architecture. They graduated in 1978 and in the years that followed they participated in a research project at the Danish Ministry of Education concerning school furniture. They founded the company ‘ars design’ in 1981 and worked together until Søren Nielsen died in 2004.
